1

Contact us!

Step one of the process is to contact us. You can reach out through social media, phone, in person, or email. This initial contact allows us to understand your needs and provide the best possible support and services tailored to your unique situation.

2

In person Consultation

This step is essential as it lets us meet you, assess your specific needs, and create a customized care plan. This consultation ensures we fully understand your requirements and provide personalized support.

3

Meet your caregiver

Build a personal connection with your caregiver, ensuring comfort, trust, and a smooth transition into receiving the care you need. From day one, we focus on fostering a strong bond to create a positive and supportive relationship as you start our services.

Student Caregiver

We understand that the cost of home care can be stressful, and we are committed to helping. Our Student Caregiver Program is designed to benefit both first-time clients and newly certified caregivers. This program offers services at a lower cost, with caregivers who have completed their personal support worker refresher course and need work experience to build their healthcare careers.

For the first three months, services are offered at a discounted rate. During this time, clients may have the same caregiver, but if a change is needed, they will be rotated with other student caregivers. After three months, if the client wishes to keep the same caregiver, they will be hired as an employee, and the regular rate will apply. To continue with the discounted rate, a new student caregiver will be assigned post the three months period.

Student caregivers can help with companionship, light housekeeping, and personal hygiene, but do not provide advanced care, such as tube feeding or other complex services. This program is a great way to receive care at an affordable rate while helping caregivers gain valuable experience.
